Park Guell is also a work of art by Gaudi. The park is located in upper Barcelona and was built between 1900-1914. This urban park is a landscape garden architecture surrounded by modernist art and a phenomenal view of the city. Park Guell attracted many people when it first opened and it continues to attract millions of people each year.

La Rambla is the most well known street located in the center of Barcelona. This street is live and vibrant filled with not only tourists but locals as well. The 1.2 km long street consists of street artists, human statues, art galleries, restaurants and one of Europe’s largest markets La Boqueria. This market contains the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and much more. After walking, you can rest and enjoy some of the best tapas Barcelona has to offer with a glass of wine.

You certainly have to visit the largest soccer stadium in Europe! Futbol Club Barcelona is hosted in this stadium with a seating capacity of 100,000. The 1.5 hour Camp Nou Experience offers a tour of the stadium and a great deal of knowledge regarding the history of FC Barcelona.   1. Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC)

MNAC can be found in Palau Nacional of Montjuic. Built in 1929, this museum exhibits art stemming back 1,000 years. Within the museum, you will find the collection of Romanesque paintings. Also displayed are various works by Catalan modernist such as Gaudi and Casa. In edition to this, other things on display include Gothic art, European renaissance and baroque painters; with photography from other artists. Lastly, don’t forget to enjoy the 360 view!
